Hi Cammy,
I attended your webinar (watching the recording, due to different time schedule) and I really enjoyed it.
I also read your guide and found it really useful, as you establish the 3 kinds of "depth" that a training can reach.
I just have a question for you: if we as trainers don't receive a huge, arid document from SMEs, but a live meeting presentation where they tell about content (so we receive an awareness information), how can we get to create a training that at least influences knowledge and skills?
I'd appreciate any ideas.
