It sounds like an interesting webinar, and I'm signed up. It put me in mind of the Balanced Scorecard*, a framework advocating four perspectives on strategy and performance.

One of the perspectives is, of course, Financial. Perhaps this is what is meant by "Business Goals" in the title of the webinar?

Another perspective is Learning. So in BSC terms, learning has already arrived.

Of the other two perspectives, one relates to Customers, the other to Processes.

Anyway, that's one way - or four ways, one for each perspective - at looking at the webinar topic. I'm looking forward to seeing what else comes up.

* See, among many other web sites, for a primer.
